How to get here

By car

Leave the E18 motorway at exit 150 (Brunna) between Stockholm and Enköping. (N 59° 29.769’ E 17° 44.658’).
Follow the directions towards LIVGARDET (Granhammarsvägen).
After 2,5 km turn left towards Gällöfsta (N 59° 30.83’ E 17° 45.609’).
Thereafter follow the 10MILA directions. This is the only allowed access to 10MILA for cars.
The walking distance from te parking is ca. 1 km.

Public transport

Take the train to Kungsängen (SL commuter train station). For timetable and a trip-planning tool, see the Internet:
Then take bus no. 557 from Kungsängen station and exit at Sundby bus stop.
The walking distance from Sundby to the arena is about 2 km.

What to see and do

  • Walk around our nice arena and get the special 10MILA feeling
  • Shop in the sports shops on the site
  • Visit the fair and talk to our exhibitors
  • Have something to eat or take a cup of coffee/tea
  • The starts are exciting to watch, especially the later ones when it is getting darker
  • It is worth visisting the finish line near the pool to the west of the arena, especially in the dark
